Default Science Park

I have fished there a fair bit. Its a bit of a walk down if you are bringing lawn chair, tackle box, etc. but not bad. The river is fairly shallow there it seems but I did manage a 47.5" sturgeon there a few years back. I have wanted to try the South part toward the bend in the river but I have not yet searched for a trail down. It seems that it would be deeper near that bend upstream of the park. I usually use pickerel rigs and worms, as I hate losing spoons and jigs in the river with all the snags.
Good Luck.

Used to fish there years ago, used to be able to follow road all the way South to end of park and curled around to dead end, gate blocks this access now. If you go down there, there was a really good path down to the river, a bit steep at the end but it will get you near the corner, used to be really nice about 100 yards from corner, smal lstream used to flow in there, but after one winter, the spot completely changed, nice back eddy was gone etc. Have not been back since.
Good Luck
