i was at sylvan with a buddy and the fishing sucked like the weather. saw tons of fish like whites and pike and perch all were suspended and hovered on the same area all day and didn't move much. the only bites i got was 3 tiny 2" perch took a nip at my wire worm and maggot. my buddy got two bites lost two fish. the fish definately are turned off and the day before was great according to my buddy.

Any of you guys fished Battle Lake?? I was going to go this AM but didn't bother since I've never fished it before. I hear there are jumbo whites there and sure would like to catch a few.
