I don't understand this. I'm 42 with no criminal record.....never been caught for anything I've done. I'm a good guy and on paper even better.

If I ran across the street and knocked a guy out and was then convicted of assault what would be the chances of me getting an absolute discharge 2 yrs later.

I would probably smile at the outcome if I was him to......probably more of a "smirk" though.

He either has really deep pockets or something is not known to us IMO.

lets have a deeper look,,,, he's been on the force for twenty years,still a street cop. well that is enough to frustrate the begeebers out of any cop. might of been having troubles with the little lady,or the little "wedge" and took his frustration out on the first person who stood in his way. what no one seems to have recognized is the common denominator with all these assults.... anyways, it's a known way to get a cushy office job probably training the next swat team. moving the "problem" around the province or country is not going to solve the issue.
