Default NSR Freezing
Drove across some of the bridges in Edmonton and noticed alot of ice flooting down the river already,must be because its not flowing fast.
Lakes around town must be frozen also !

some of the smaller lakes are froze over( hassie - lake eden) pigion is still open in the middle
