if it was a male brutus would be one of my top choices... hard to think of a female name for a large dog

True Story.
I was with my Father Inlaw going to a guys acreage. We get out of the truck and this Mastiff comes running up to us (friendly) I squatted down and the dog sort of jumped at me puppy-like knowing I was playing. I said "Hey Brutus, how you doing" and played with the dog for a bit. The owner came out and the dogs' name actually WAS Brutus!!!!
Female Mastiff names: Oprah,Kirsty,Jenny,Valerie,Whoopi,Wynonna...
BUT I'd go with: Denali.

"Rexx" is of Latin origin, and the meaning of Rex is "king" if it was male
And bella for female

my vote is for BUD, this was my 16 year old pointers name, and after a long time with your dog you will most likely know yours as BUD, just my 2 bits

judging by the picture I expect most people will be calling her " good dog" or
" Nice Dog" when they first meet
remeber the dog on National Lampoons Christmas Vacation.... Snots...

Regina is a terrible name for a dog!
WC, I'd go with Rosie or Lizzy.
