Thinking of heading down on Sunday. Any reports on the ice and how's the fishing. This will be my first trip there this season.

There was tons of ice a few weeks ago nd we managed 10 perch in 4 or 5 hours. Many many down there with the camera. My buddy caught one legal pike and we saw a few on the camera (as well as walleye). I'd be cautious out there with the wind Sunday, its going to be howling. I'm headed to Lost Lake tommorrow. Its been years and i have to go see how its doing. Good luck at Sherburn.

Was down there today lots of ice 2 1/2 feet 2 guys both limited out 2 legal pike it was amazing fishing non stop action just the way we like it.

just wonderin what baits workin for perch and how deep if you don't mind sharin

We were using a very small five of dimonds spoon with maggots in 21 feet, but it didnt seem to matter, small jis with minnow also was working.

Anyone have an ice report out that way, or how the ice is holding up towards Traverse? Couple small ponds by Lethbridge thawed as of this afternoon, plus 14-16 for the next week. Last weekend coming up so reports appreciated.
