Anyone know of a rescue center for raptors in the Edmonton area.
Found a hawk today on the highway that had been hit, either a Northern Harrier or Broadwinged, not sure which. I used to be great at identifying but I'm slippin( I said slippin not sippin). I tried the Strathcona one and there is nobody there to help. He has atleast a broken wing, but is not moving much I have him in the dog kennel right now and he is layin on his back asleep. If I take the blanket off the kennel he will raise his head and look at me. He will not let go of my coat either he has a pretty good grasp on it and will not let go even after 4 hours. Tryin to keep him relaxed as possible.
