Default Ice Cube help

Hi All
I have an older Eastman Ice cube 4 man tent that I need a couple hubs for.
It took a tumble in last weekends wind out at Cross. I know they are made by Gorilla now but no response from them after a week.
Any Ideas?

Had my buddy fabricate 4 new hubs out of steel for me as two of the hubs had pieces snap off the second year I had it and this year two were showing stress cracks in the metal. Pretty terrible tent. I'll definitely be in the market for a new one next year.

I ordered a new hub and poles from Gorilla a couple years ago for the same tent. Only cost me about $30-$40 to get them if I remember correctly. I did cut about 1/4" to 3/8" off the end of each pole with a chop saw and then wrapped the ends with hockey tape so it wasn't so tight and that really helped to open and close it up easier without binding up. I've had mine for about 10 years now and it's still great. Keep trying, if I remember correctly I ordered over the phone.

Thanks for the tip PerchBuster!
I will try the phone. Funny how now we go straight to electronic mail instead of picking up the old phone!
I actually like the tent. That's why I want to fix it.

Have you tried calling Easton? Had a pole break last year, or maybe year before. While Easton had stopped producing them along time ago they still had parts and sent me a whole new hub set gratis.

Good luck
