Well, half the seats in QC went to the libs, and the libs will form a majority so technically, at least half of Quebec has helped make the new majority in parliament.
I don't see it as a slip, just a statement of fact. I remember growing up when the Bloc would sweep QC they were always the opposition or a good portion of it and the opposition doesn't get much done when it's single minded like the Bloc was. I see it as a good thing that Quebecois aren't flocking to the bloc federally anymore and voting in MPs from national parties.
