Default Snake Lake - Between Bassano & Brooks

I am trying to locate Snake Lake in southern Alberta to take out my kayak to and am wondering if someone can tell where this lake is located. I know the somewhat area, by Lathom Lake, but not sure if this is the lake or is it the lake south of this lake? Just need directions nothing more.

They dropped the water level so low you most likely could not even get your boat in. Reparing the dam was the last I heard.

Do not know if it is finished yet or not. Last I fished it was in the ice season and all I came across were skinny pike reminded me of the days of my youth when all we caught were skinny ones in the irrigation canals.
