Default Best glue for plastic to wood on exterior trailer

I pulled my travel trailer out of storage and notice the plastic on the bottom slide is cracked and falling off the wood.
This would be a real B!tch to replace so I think glueing is my best option.

What is the best epoxy for plastic to wood in variable temperatures?

Thanks

Being underneath just use small screws. If you really want to glue it use contact cement

Contact cement seemed like a great choice. I just wasnt sure if it would hold over winter. I don’t use the trailer in winter - just wasn’t sure if the bond would hold.

You might consider gorilla tape. I know it sounds crazy, but get the black stuff that's 3 inches wide. I used it to tape up part of the belly on my trailer and after 4 years its still holding. The tape is a bit pricy, but well worth the cost.

I make the odd bump board, I use the Gorilla Crazy glue, then screw and then that exact tape. A little more money but your right the stuff really works well.

It happened on one of my slides years ago, I think I put some silicon and then put the split together and took my air stapler and stitched it together.

Exactly what I would do, easy fix and you have good access. Makes you wonder what goes on at the factory.

I ended up using contact cement. Then bought some of that 3” gorilla tape to tape all the cracked seems. So far it’s holding great but we’ll see how numerous open/close over those rollers goes.
Thanks for all the advice.

If it doesn't hold try the original PL Premium.
