Cold lake special?

I phoned the northside Fishin' Hole today and asked if they had any Cold Lake Specials in stock. The guy said he has worked there for 10 years, and has never heard of those before. I think his name was Brian. Are Cold Lake Specials the same as Bionic Bucktails? I'd like to take my kids to Cold Lake this winter, and was going to get a few hooks. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks very much.

Seen them at the north WSS on a stand at the reel counter. They are a tube jig with a stinger. More of a hardwater hook.
