Whitefish Tips

Hey everyone.
Im planning on targeting some Whites tomorrow at Rattlesnake...
BUT, i have NEVER caught one of these water lurkers through the ice.
What kind of structure, depth, bait, etc is best for whites?

I see them on my flasher suspended around 10ft from the ice surface quite often, but i dont know how to target them and gain attention...

any info is greatly appreciated!
