I'm confused, perhaps just tired.

Lake x - Open all year – Trout limit 2.


no mention of bait as ban, or allowed. Never come across this before... What can and can't I use?

Then the general regs at the begining of the area or section apply? Wpuld be like if a fish was caught in lake x but there is no catch limit for that species of said lake, then general regs apply.

Bait Fishing,
Fishing with bait in ES1 streams is NOT allowed except at portions of a few rivers under “ES1 Lake and Stream Listings.”
Fishing with bait in lakes is allowed at lakes without Bait Bans under “Lake and Stream Listings”, or at general stocked trout waters listed here.

Fishing with Bait Fish (dead) is NOT allowed in ES1 except at the following waters:

Paine (Mami) Lake
Lees Lake
Ghost Reservoir
Pine Coulee Reservoir

So the way I am understanding it.. I can use bait in 'lake x' providing it is not a stocked water, such as allen bill pond, am I correct?
