There are tons of places, here's a few that I am more familiar with, other people can fill in the gaps. Basically if you look on google maps and see water, there are fish in it. Not sure of the conditions of most of these since I have only been to a couple lately. Also might be off on some of the species since I haven't fished all of these places and went off the regs for some, but you'll get an idea.

In the city:
Nicholas Sheran (Pike/Variety of Trout)
University Pond (Pike)
Henderson Lake (Pike/Perch)

East:
Chin Lake (Pike/Walleye/Whitefish/Burbot)
Grassy Lake (Pike/Walleye/Perch)

North:
Park Lake (Pike/Perch)
Keho Lake (Pike/Walleye/Perch/Burbot)
Travers Reservoir (Pike/Walleye/Perch/Whitefish/Burbot)

South:
St. Mary's Reservoir (Pike/Walleye/Whitefish/Burbot)

West:
Beauvais Lake (Brown Trout/Rainbow Trout)
Beaver Mines Lake (Rainbow Trout)
Lee's Lake (Rainbow Trout)
Crowsnest Lake (Whitefish/Rainbow Trout/Lake Trout)
