Default Lac Des Iles Lake Depth

I am heading to Lac Des Iles next week and have never fished that lake.
I am just wondering if there are any shallow areas/ sunken islands (prop killers) that I have to worry about on that lake?

Thanks for any input you can provide.

Yes 1 bad killer, Approx 150 yards from shore east of the murry dole camp ground kinda a little point, approx 1/2 mile maybe more, Comes up from 26 ft to 1 ft in 5 feet, last week it was marked but can be hard to see the white jug.

Default Lac Des Isles

The coordinates for the shallow sunken island that 208prov is referring to is:

N54 26.368 W109 23.099

If you have electronics, would will find it. Troll cranks along the drop off and you can be in action all day.

Have fun. Let us know how the fishing is as I am headed up August long.
Pyke.
