Default Shuster lake info needed

I am taking a ice fishing trip on the 18th to Shuster lake by Wainwright. I have never caught brookies before I usually go for rainbows or walleye.
Has anyone been to this lake and have any info on it?? Or any info on catching brookies??
I don't imagine it could be to different from rainbows...

They are definitely brookies I was researching it on the Alberta stocked lake report. They dump 10 000 brookies in there a year.

I have fished lakes with both rainbow and brookies..... the same presentations caught both equally. always did good with shrimp for bait.

that is funny, the only thing I caught there are browns! I must have been doing something wrong! May have to go try again. Good luck!

Does anyone have any info on clear lake by shuster?? It looks like all different species in there. I was wondering if there is decent action.

Shuster has never been stocked with browns ! Rainbows were first introduced but they winter killed but the brookies are thriving -not monsters but good eating ! I don't think there are any rainbows in there anymore !
