Default Ice fishing trout

Merry Christmas everyone!

Just wanted to ask for some tips bout ice fishing for rainbow trout in and around the Edmonton area. I have used everything from power bait to worms, to shrimp and mealworms and even flies that work in the summer. Nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What I tend to do believe it or not is use a spinner such as a panther martin and tip that with bait.I suggest a jig to a stop, the spinner seems to flash them in and the bait makes them bite,it works good for all trout, whites and even pike 1/2 ounce martins for the pike, 1/16-1/4 ounce for trout.good luck
