Default Walleye before the storms

Spent a few hrs on gull today, defiantly had to sneak out of work at noon to avoid the storms heading in or at least try and avoid them lol. Managed to get in 2-3hrs of fishing before the wind really picked up. fishing was good caught a few between 3lb to 6, left the scale at home this was the best.

The bite can get crazy just before a storm then almost die for a few days after so I'm always itching to get out just before without trapping myself in the middle of one. Who knows the lunker eye that only eats at night and lays around all day might get sparked up with the pre storm frenzy and run into my jig 😀

I set out on Sylvan this evening and caught two walleye and a pike before being pushed off the lake by another storm bearing down. It was fun.
