A nice little lake - but it can be hit and miss with spinning gear. Fly fishing will often produce better results.

Trolling very slow with a small panther/mepps or a small flatfish has produced some rainbows for us.

The average size there seems to be the resident year's stockers - so 10"-12"

I've had good luck trolling super dupers on that lake, silver, gold, or frog pattern.

Mosquito fly tied behind a small willow leaf used to be the ticket for trolling.

Thats what I would use. Change up the fly a little if no strikes.
