Default Shore fishing at Lac la biche

Just in town for a few days for work and itching to try and wet the line in the evenings. Any good places to go? I've been doing some research on the forum and some guys are talking about catching pike off a dock, but I'm not sure which one people are talking about (there are several that I know of).

Anybody have any good suggestions for places to go and spend a few good hours catching fish?

I fished there last year at the sir winston churchill campground. No dock there but i caught some small pike. Was there around july last year and the weeds weren't too bad so you might get lucky and don't have to deal with those.

You could also head over to the Fishing friends campground on Beaver they have 3 different docks. Some decent walleye fishing off of them. Use a bobber and minnow.
