Default Pembina River

Thinking to visit the pembina soonish. Wondering if anyone knows a good spot esp for burbot. Thought might take the easy way out and hit the provincial park site, has anyone fished there?

Also looking through regs there's 3 different closure times not sure which applies to the park site...

Seen a young fellow a few years ago come through the park at Evansburg with a walleye that must have hit 10 lbs or more, a nice fat fish for sure. The camp site fills quick. lots of holes either direction from that camp site. heard its better close to the highway bridge, but was fly fishing down stream from the camp site, which was slow but mid summer is often that way.
