Outbound crystal ice 2 questions

These guys are on sale right now at Canadian tire for 150. Has anyone used one if these or own one and know the quality? The details on the ct website says 43lbs? Is this correct for a two man or is this insulated?

I have it and although it is not as full featured as the more expensive ones, I'm quite happy with it. The anchors and tie-downs are quite robust, and the carry weight is quite manageable. The Velcro straps to hold it together are long enough to get around it when it's swollen up from snow and condensation, and the bag is slightly oversize as well. The only caveat I have is the interior space. I'm 6'1" 250# and it's comfortable for me with two holes (one for camera), folding chair, and a buddy heater. Depending on their size and how much gear you keep inside, I think two people might find it a bit too snug, they would definitely have to sit on stools or padded buckets. I allso have it and am very happy with it . I think the box said 23lb and the website was incorrect on weight. Only had it for a few months but quality seems very good cant go wrong for the price.
It is not insulated.
