Default Rapala knife recall

Simple easy process. Batteries arrived in a couple days with free shipping. Very impressed by Rapala.

Have a great day

Not sure what there is to be impressed about.....I am not impressed.

The fact they make absolute crap in the people's republic of China that might burn your house down and don't give a crap?

The fact they have destroyed the credibility of a one proud company who made the highest quality products?

Or the fact that instead of giving consumers an option to recall their product voluntarily through a positive recall action - they chose not to do that, and instead, the government forced and ordered compliance and a safety recall?

Enforcement action for dangerous consumer products is an absolute embarrassment.

Sorry - my perspective is quite different compared to yours.

While I agree in principle, our economy has forced every retail product producer to set up shop in China, and risk destroying their reputation. Yang Jung made a mistake and **** hit the fan. Hard to fault John Doe in Idaho for that.
