Have a family member coming up from the states this fall to tag along with us on a hunt. If we are successful, what is the recommended way (s) to ship some meat down after we have processed it?

Send him home with a letter from the hunter indicating the species taken, date name of hunter, hunting lic no and tag no. we have found that as long as the meat is declared at us customs as personal consumption there is no problem. i would def call in advance to u s customs and ask as regs are subject to change and interpretation
