Rem 700 SPS DM info
A friend of mine wants to buy one of these for a build. He would like to replace the stock but since the clip ejection button is on the side of the rifle will this cause a problem? Could you change the guard to to have a button to eject the clip underneath? If these aren't possible would it be easier to go with the Rem 700 308 Tactical with hinged floor plate and just buy a Conversion kit to make it a detach mag? Any info that you guys could share would really help him out. He isn't a member so I thought I would post it here and see if I could get some info for him.
