Default michelle lake cypress hills
I've heard that this lake was winterkilled? Does anyone know for sure if this is in fact true? Was thinking about fishing there soon....hate to drive out there for nothing.

Fished early during the ice season (January) and the fish were biting like crazy, not sure what happened after that.

Was there today (May 21st/10), everything looks good except the whitecaps! One other guy was there too but left right away like we did, it was just unfishable due to the omnipresent wind.

All these mixed reports I keep hearing. FnW officer told me a few weeks ago Mich winterkilled yet I keep hearing different reports from fishermen. Guess I'm going on a lil road trip to find out for myself...fun lil lake to fish! Thanx for the update n pics all. Not too sure when I can sneak out (weather n work) but will post report.
