HOW DO I GET MY PICTURE TO SHOW UP BY MY NAME WHEN I REPLY TO ALL O YALL

I attempted to upload a custom avatar however have not been successful in resizing the image to 80 x 80 or less than 19.5 kb. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I was even able to figure it out, and I'm computertarded.

Do as Bob Law says or join something like Photo bucket that way you can simply upload pictures to the forum . Its pretty idiot proof . Edit the picture you want , and it will do a Size Edit , and just go 80 X 80 works great . Hope that helps .
