Default canmore fishing

hey everyone, i am heading up to canmore this weekend for a wedding and im looking to sneak out for a little fly fishing. just wondering whats close and holding some nice fish.

Grotto pond has some smaller ones but it's a good choice if your time is limited. Very clear water, and its cool to see the fish surface to take a dry fly (adams was working a few weeks ago). The Quarry is a good choice as well. If you want to try the river I would check out the google map thread to show some spots.

As said prior Quarry will get you into some Grayling. Grotto will give you some small rainbows. but if you are into working a section of the river I have a great little stretch right in your area if you are looking. Send me a PM with your email addy and I will send you my fishing map. If you want to do the section of the Bow I speak of I will give you some more detail on it.
