Rainbows on Ice
Early yesterday afternoon, Wildcats and I made a last second decision to go try for Rainbows through the ice and it turned out to be a good idea. We ended up catching around 40 fish in the course of about 4-5 hours! Awesome day, the weather was gorgeous and the fish were incredible!

Look at all those big square-tails!! Nice fish guys. Im guessing thats somehwere within city limits of calgary... just a guess though.

Looks kind of like an aerated pond out by Hay Lakes but maybe im wrong..

Lake is on a buddy's property. Yeah lots of water on the ice, close to 10" in places.

well slap me with a fishtail !!! ain,t none of those on the ponds i,m allowed to fish , i mean my whole catch wouldn,t add up to the little one u got . nice fish boys !!
